I know that I've done an 8 hour one for NYE party with friends but I don't count it as I was fucking about half of the time.

The longest I've played in a club happened last year. It was close to 6 hours and technically I was booked from 00 to 05 but I played one extra hour thanks to the clock going back as d.s.t. ended.

I do these 4-5 hour sets regularly as I'm a working DJ playing urban music.
